Willey: 'Somerset's confidence revved me up'

David Willey revealed that watching a confident Somerset looking like they had already won their Vitality Blast semi-final at the half-way stage fired him up when the Steelbacks came to bowl.
Player-of-the-match Willey duly struck with the very first ball of the Somerset run chase as the West Country side chased a modest 144 to win. Willey had England international Tom Banton caught behind and then removed Thomas Rew as Somerset lost three wickets in the first three overs.
Willey, who took three for 17, said it had been extra special to beat Somerset after losing to them twice in the group stages and being dismissed cheaply today.
