Darren Lehmann has confirmed that pace bowler Raphy Weatherall will play tomorrow’s Championship game against Kent at Canterbury, his first game back after recovering from a long-term injury.

Weatherall returns to the side after missing most of last season with a stress fracture and sitting out the opening game against Lancashire while the coaching staff managed his workload and fitness post recovery.

Lehmann though remained confident he would be fit to feature against Kent and he was seen being put through his paces by bowling coach Glen Chapple on the outfield last weekend.
