Lehmann hopeful Lynn will be fit for Steelbacks' Finals Day clash

Darren Lehmann is backing Chris Lynn to be fit to play for Northamptonshire Steelbacks on Vitality Blast Finals Day despite the blow to the foot that forced him to retire hurt during Wednesday’s quarter-final against Gloucestershire.
Lynn was struck by pace bowler Duan Jansen in the sixth over and despite batting on for a few more deliveries, opted to leave the field. Men’s head coach Lehmann said the move was precautionary, with the focus on making sure Lynn was fit for Saturday rather than making the injury any worse.
