International cricket returns to the cinch County Ground in 2027, as England Women take on Bangladesh.
It’s a packed summer for Nat Sciver-Brunt’s side with an Ashes series taking place before two white ball series against Bangladesh in September.
England’s floodlit game at Wantage Road, the opening game in a three-match T20 series, is scheduled for 6.30pm on Wednesday 8 September.
It will be England Women's first visit to Northampton since persistent rain forced the abandonment of May's second One Day International against New Zealand without a ball being bowled.
