Darren Lehmann has coached Australia to World Cup and Ashes glory and worked in the IPL, yet the Northamptonshire men’s head coach says the Steelbacks’ Vitality Blast triumph is one of the proudest moments of his career.
Surrounded by his family, Steelbacks players and Shoe Army fans, Lehmann said guiding a small squad at one of county cricket's smallest clubs, operating on a limited budget, to Vitality Blast success was especially rewarding as he hailed the team's courage and fight.
