Amelia Kemp making waves as her star continues to rise

All-rounder Amelia Kemp gave further notice of her burgeoning talent with an imposing half-century to steer Steelbacks Women to victory over Herefordshire in the T20 County Cup on Sunday.
Her performances are quickly gaining her opportunities beyond Wantage Road. Her standout 2025 season for Northamptonshire in the T20 Blast was rewarded when she was signed by the Tier 1 Yorkshire Academy ahead of this summer.
This past winter she also made waves Down Under with both bat and ball during a spell playing grade cricket on Australia’s Gold Coast.
