League leaders Finedon Dolben pulled out in front at the top of the Northamptonshire Cricket League Premier Division last Saturday, winning their showdown with Stony Stratford CC in style by a comfortable 132-run margin.
Meanwhile Geddington leapfrogged Stony into second place with a closely fought away victory at Peterborough and currently lie 22 points behind Finedon with Stony just three points adrift in third.
With Finedon in sight of a fifth successive Premier Division title, The Steeler runs through the highlights from last weekend and previews the penultimate round of fixtures taking place this Saturday, 12 September.
